Application of yellow sand in tomato grow seedling in gobi greenhouse

  • 摘要: 研究黄沙在戈壁温室番茄育苗中的应用,可为新疆维吾尔自治区喀什地区番茄穴盘育苗提供参考。以粉宝番茄为试材,采用穴盘育苗,分别用体积比0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0和2.5的黄沙代替珍珠岩及体积比0、1.5、3.0、4.5、6.0和7.5的椰糠比例代替草炭,探究其对幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明,T2处理(草炭∶珍珠岩∶黄沙=7.5∶1.5∶1.0)栽培下幼苗相比其他处理表现较优,并且隶属函数综合分析的结果最好,可以作为戈壁温室番茄育苗的最适黄沙比例;Y2处理(草炭∶椰糠∶珍珠岩∶黄沙=4.5∶3.0∶1.5∶1.0)栽培下幼苗相比其他处理表现较优,并且隶属函数综合分析的结果最好,可以作为戈壁温室番茄育苗的最适复合基质比例。

     

    Abstract: Research on application of yellow sand in tomato grow seedling in gobi greenhouse can provide reference for tomato plug seedling in Kashi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.'Fenbao' tomato was used as test material, plug seedlings used yellow sand at volume ratios of 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 to replace perlite, and coconut bran ratios of 0, 1.5, 3.0, 4.5, 6.0, 7.5 to replace peat.Effects on seedling growth and physiological characteristics were investigated.Results showed that seedlings grown under T2 treatment(peat∶ perlite∶sand = 7.5∶1.5∶1.0)exhibited better performance than other treatments, and yield the best comprehensive analysis results under membership functions, which could be used as the optimal sand ratio for tomato grow seedling in gobi greenhouse.Seedlings grown under Y2 treatment(peat∶coconut bran∶perlite∶yellow sand = 4.5∶3.0∶1.5∶1.0)showed better performance than other treatments, and yielded the best results in comprehensive analysis of membership functions, which could be used as the optimal composite matrix ratio for tomato grow seedlings in gobi greenhouse.
