基于PLC控制的秸秆浸湿装备控制系统设计

Design of PLC-based control system for straw wetting equipment

  • 摘要: 秸秆是食用菌栽培的重要原材料,为方便高压打捆秸秆的自动化浸湿,设计浸湿装备自动化系统。根据草捆浸湿工艺的需要和现状,设计节水浸湿装备,采用PLC、触摸屏、遥控器设计自动化系统。通过试验获取装备主要部件的正常运行时间,在此基础上设计装备的安全保护程序;设计具有柔性化的触摸屏程序,方便用户调整参数。试验表明,该套控制系统满足生产线对控制、安全、故障判别的需求,提高了产业的自动化和标准化水平。

     

    Abstract: Straw serves as a crucial raw material for edible mushroom cultivation.To facilitate automated wetting of high-pressure baled straw, an automated wetting equipment system was designed.Based on requirements and current status of straw bale wetting processes, a water-saving wetting system was developed.An automated system was designed with PLC, touchscreen interface, and remote controller.Experiments were conducted to determine normal operating duration of key equipment components.Based on this data, safety protection programs were designed for equipment.A flexible touchscreen program was developed to enable user to easily adjust parameters.Experiments demonstrated that this control system fulfilled production line's requirements for control, safety, and fault identification, thereby enhancing industry's automation and standardization levels.
