Abstract:
Aiming at challenges in
Epimedium harvesting in Southwest China, including low efficiency, high labor intensity, high labor intensity, and absence of mature harvesting machinery, a specialized harvesting machine for
Epimedium stems and leaves was designed based on local agronomic requirements and stem mechanical properties.Harvester primarily composed of cutting device, deflector blades, conveyor, and collecting device.Key parameters such as overall dimensions, cutting speed, working speed, and operating width were optimized.Through ANSYS kinematic analysis of reciprocating cutting device's critical cutting teeth structure, optimal cutting performance with minimal stress occurred at a speed of 0.4 to 0.5 m/s.This operational range satisfied harvesting requirements while ensuring overall machine stability and operational safety.
