Design of Chinese herbal medicine harvester for Epimedium

  • 摘要: 针对西南地区淫羊藿类中药材收获中存在收获效率低、劳动强度大、没有成熟收获机械等问题,结合西南地区淫羊藿农艺要求和茎秆力学参数,设计一种淫羊藿茎叶采收机械,主要由切割装置、拨叶片、传送装置和收集装置组成,确定整体尺寸、切割速度、工作速度和作业宽幅等参数。针对往复式切割装置关键结构切割齿进行ANSYS运动学分析,切割速度 0.4~0.5 m/s时切割效果最好,应力最小,在满足收获作业要求的同时,还能保证整机的稳定性和安全性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at challenges in Epimedium harvesting in Southwest China, including low efficiency, high labor intensity, high labor intensity, and absence of mature harvesting machinery, a specialized harvesting machine for Epimedium stems and leaves was designed based on local agronomic requirements and stem mechanical properties.Harvester primarily composed of cutting device, deflector blades, conveyor, and collecting device.Key parameters such as overall dimensions, cutting speed, working speed, and operating width were optimized.Through ANSYS kinematic analysis of reciprocating cutting device's critical cutting teeth structure, optimal cutting performance with minimal stress occurred at a speed of 0.4 to 0.5 m/s.This operational range satisfied harvesting requirements while ensuring overall machine stability and operational safety.
