我国啤酒产品碳足迹及降碳路径

Carbon footprint and carbon reduction pathways for Chinese beer products

  • 摘要: 分析我国啤酒产品碳足迹,以华润雪花普啤8度500 mL玻瓶啤酒产品为例,依据ISO 14067、GB/T 24067—2024《温室气体 产品碳足迹 量化要求和指南》等标准核算其全生命周期平均碳足迹。分析关键参数敏感性,提出企业内部、供应链协同和间接策略3个层面的降碳路径。优化回收体系、提高绿电比例、减少原料和能源消耗、推动低碳生产等措施可有效降低碳足迹。研究结果为啤酒行业绿色低碳发展提供了理论基础,有助于实现绿色低碳转型,提升国际竞争力。

     

    Abstract: Carbon footprint of Chinese beer products was analyzed using China Resources Snow Beer(abbr.CR Snow)8° 500 mL glass bottle beer as an example.Based on ISO 14067 and GB/T 24067—2024 "Requirements and Guidelines for Quantifying Carbon Footprint of Greenhouse Gas Products", its average life cycle carbon footprint was calculated.By analyzing key parameters sensitivities, three levels of carbon reduction pathways were proposed including internal enterprise, supply chain collaboration, and indirect strategies.Measures such as optimizing recycling system, increasing proportion of green electricity, reducing raw material and energy consumption, and promoting low-carbon production could effectively reduce carbon footprint.A theoretical basis for green and low-carbon development in beer industry was provided, which would help achieve green and low-carbon transformation and enhance international competitiveness.
