Optimization of technical specifications for biomass burners in dense curing barns

  • 摘要: 目前密集烤房生物质燃烧机及配套控制器普遍缺乏互换性,易导致设备维护困难和资源闲置。统一关键部件技术参数、控制接口及运行参数,是实现设备互换性的有效途径。以现有技术规范为基础,结合产品调研,统筹考虑主流产品的技术特征,对生物质燃烧机的主要功能部件、硬件接口及运行参数进行对比分析。优选进料电机、退料电机、点火棒、鼓风机和出渣电机的技术参数,确定兼容性最优的燃烧机插座引脚排列顺序,提出点火参数、灭火参数和火力挡位参数的优选方法和建议。通过这些措施可以提升生物质燃烧机和控制器的通用性和互换性,为优化产品设计和修订技术规范提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Currently, biomass burners used in dense curing barns and their accompanying controllers generally lack interchangeability, which can lead to difficulties in equipment maintenance and idle resources.Standardizing technical parameters of key components, control interfaces, and operating parameters is an effective approach to achieve equipment interchangeability.Based on existing technical specifications and product surveys, technical characteristics of mainstream products were comprehensively considered to conduct a comparative analysis of main functional components, hardware interfaces, and operating parameters of biomass burners.Technical parameters for feed motor, retraction motor, ignition rod, blower, and ash-removal motor have been optimized.Pinout sequence for burner connector with optimal compatibility has been determined.Methods and recommendations for optimizing ignition parameters, extinguishing parameters, and heat-level settings have been proposed.These measures can enhance universality and interchangeability of biomass burners and their controllers, providing valuable reference for optimizing product design and revising technical specifications.
