Patent analysis of hybrid power transmission technology for tractor based on PX configuration

  • 摘要: 结合PX构型对拖拉机混合动力传动技术进行基于核心专利的技术路线分析、PX构型分布分析、重要申请人和发明人分析及动力输出方式分析。研究表明,该领域技术演进呈现多能源耦合、智能化的趋势;混联式以P2.5为核心的双电机架构是高端突破的关键;拖拉机动力输出方式高度多元化,创新应紧扣作业场景实际需求;高校研发聚焦前瞻储备与深度创新,产学研协同是补齐短板的关键。

     

    Abstract: Tractor hybrid power transmission technology based on PX configuration has been analyzed across core patents through technical roadmap analysis, PX configuration distribution analysis, key applicants and inventors analysis, and power take-off(PTO)methods analysis.Research has indicated that technological evolution in this field presents a trend toward multi-energy coupling and intelligence.A hybrid parallel architecture centered around P2.5 with a dual-motor configuration has become key to achieving breakthroughs in high-end applications.PTO methods for tractors have become highly diversified, and innovation should closely align with actual demands of specific operational scenarios.University research and development has focused on forward-looking exploration and in-depth innovation, and industry-university-research collaboration has become key to addressing existing gaps.
