分时电价机制下日光温室补光时段配置与成本分析

Time configuration and cost-saving analysis of supplemental light in solar greenhouses under time-of-use electricity price mechanism

  • 摘要: 针对日光温室冬季补光运行成本较高问题,结合分时电价机制提出补光时段配置方案,并构建端−云协同集中管控系统,以实现环境监测与控制策略的集成应用。以600 m2温室为研究对象,建立热环境动态模型,围绕基线、峰谷优先和折中3种控制策略开展72 h仿真分析。结果表明,温室内温度维持12~28 °C、每日补光4 h时,峰谷优先策略与折中策略较基线策略分别节约成本37.4%和18.6%。研究结果可为日光温室补光时段配置与经济运行提供参考。

     

    Abstract: To address issue of high operational costs for winter supplemental light in solar greenhouses, time-of-use electricity price mechanism was utilized to propose a time configuration scheme for supplemental lighting.An edge-cloud collaborative control system was developed for environmental monitoring and control strategy integration.A 600 m2 solar greenhouse was taken as study object, and a dynamic thermal environment model was established for 72 h simulation analysis of three control strategies: baseline, peak-valley priority, and compromise.Results has showed that when maintaining an indoor temperature between 12 to 28 °C and providing 4 h of supplemental light per day, peak-valley priority and compromise strategies reduced electricity cost by 37.4% and 18.6%, respectively, compared to baseline strategy.These findings provide a reference for time configuration and economical operation of supplemental light in solar greenhouses.
