“十五五”我国新能源农业装备发展形势与战略路径

Development situation and strategic path of new energy agricultural machinery and equipment in China during the 15 th Five-Year Plan period

  • 摘要: 发展新能源农业装备是推动农业绿色转型、培育新质生产力、实现双碳目标的重要路径。当前,全球新能源农业装备加速发展,中小功率纯电动农业装备基本实现商业化,纯电动力、混合动力、太阳能动力在农业机器人中广泛应用。我国高度重视新能源农业装备研发应用,部分中小型电动拖拉机已实现产业化应用,但大型混合动力、纯电动拖拉机仍处于规模验证阶段。面向“十五五”,我国新能源农业装备发展面临技术、产业及应用场景三重挑战:技术层面存在储能密度、能量管理、复杂工况适应性等瓶颈;产业层面受制于高成本、安全性与配套设施不足;应用层面面临多样化场景与市场接受度的适配难题。未来应坚持多能源并行、大小适配、分场景差异化推进的发展路径,重点突破高密度储能电池、能量智能管理、整机集成设计等关键技术,完善基础设施与标准体系,强化政策协同与创新布局,构建覆盖种养加全环节的新能源农业装备体系,助力我国农业装备由大到强。

     

    Abstract: Development of new energy agricultural machinery serves as a key approach to promoting agricultural green transition, cultivating new quality productive forces and realizing “dual carbon” targets.Worldwide, this sector is developing rapidly.Small-to-medium power pure electric farm machinery has been widely commercialized, and pure electric, hybrid and solar energy systems are commonly equipped on agricultural robots.China has also intensified efforts in the research, development and deployment of related technologies.Currently, small-to-medium power electric tractors have realized industrial application, whereas high-power hybrid and pure electric tractors are still in the stage of large-scale field validation.Against the backdrop of the upcoming 15th Five-Year Plan, domestic development of new energy agricultural machinery is confronted with three major challenges in technology, industrial chain and practical application.In the technical dimension, prominent bottlenecks lie in insufficient battery energy density, imperfect energy management and limited adaptability to complex working conditions.From an industrial perspective, high costs, potential safety risks and incomplete supporting infrastructure have become major constraints.In practical application, poor scenario adaptability and low market acceptance remain tough issues.To address these problems, China shall adopt a development strategy characterized by multi-energy integration, rationally configured power levels and scenario-oriented differentiated development.Priorities should be given to three aspects to establish a full-process new energy agricultural machinery system for ploughing, planting, harvesting and post-processing, driving the upgrade of China's agricultural machinery industry from large-scale development to high-quality development.Firstly, achieve key technological breakthroughs in high-energy-density batteries, intelligent energy management and integrated equipment design.Secondly, optimize infrastructure and standard systems.Thirdly, strengthen policy coordination and rational layout of technological innovation.
