Abstract: With rapid development of social economy，China′s agriculture has entered a critical period of transformation and upgrading，and faces more opportunities and challenges.Only by accelerating transformation of agricultural development methods and improving agricultural quality，efficiency and competitiveness can consolidate agriculture.The foundation of development ensures steady increase of peasant income.Construction of modern new-type agricultural models and agricultural science and technology service systems suitable for China′s national conditions were explored，through the in-depth analysis of problems existing in the transition from traditional agriculture to modern new-type agriculture in China.Development trend and promotion of modern new-type agriculture were forecasted that adhere to the high-quality，efficient and green agricultural ecological road to promote sustainable development of agriculture.
