Abstract: Agricultural informatization is an important part of national informatization.Application of information technology to traditional agriculture is an urgent requirement for development of agricultural modernization in China.It is also an important way to promote agricultural economy and rural economic development in Shaanxi province.Current situation of agricultural informatiization in Shaanxi province was analyzed，problems existing in its agricultural informatiization development were find out，and measures to promote development of agricultural informatization in Shaanxi province were put forward.
