Abstract: Since China′s WTO accession foreign trade of agricultural products continued to show a deficit，so the development of cross-border electricity supplier model，with its natural advantages to actively promote the rapid growth of exports of agricultural products export index，to break through the traditional export trade dilemma，promote development of the industry.Current situation，characteristics and necessity of export development of China′s agricultural products under cross-border electricity supplier operation mode were briefly discussed，difficulties existing in the industry were pointed out，and breakthrough countermeasures were studied.
