Abstract: Food safety has always been the focus of research.Under the background of information construction and development of safety supervision，with the help of information management means，advantages of cloud computing technology could be brought into full play，which will help to achieve food tracking and early warning，effectively reduce risk of food safety and health，improve level of supervision，and promote social progress and development.Information construction of food safety supervision based on cloud computing was analyzed，and some existing problems and solutions were put forward.
