双孢蘑菇工厂化生产关键装备研究现状及对策

Research Status and Countermeasures of Key Equipment for Factory Production of Agaricus bisporus

摘要: 我国双孢蘑菇工厂化生产正处于一个快速发展的阶段，制约期发展的重要因素是设备自动化程度低。针对国内外双孢蘑菇工厂化生产关键装备研究现状，结合生产实例分析目前存在的问题，对双孢蘑菇工厂化生产关键装备的研究趋势进行了探讨。

Abstract: The factory production of Agaricus bisporus in China is at a stage of rapid development.The important factor that restrict production is the low degree of equipment automation.The research state of key equipment for factory production of Agaricus bisporus at home and abroad were introduced.According to the example of production，existing problems were analyzed.The research trend of key equipment for factory production of Agaricus bisporus were discussed.
