Abstract: Agricultural development in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi province has been restricted and influenced by natural environment since ancient times.Unique drought weather and geological structure in Guanzhong area has not only led to the ineffective increase of crop yield，but also restricted development of local agricultural economy.Along with government′s gradual solution to problems of backward technology and lack of funds in agricultural development，corresponding technical personnel and management experience were introduced to improve development of agricultural economy in Guanzhong area.Aiming at how to improve economic value of land by combining wheat and fruit tree planting，help of digital greenhouse to development of local agricultural economy by cultivating vegetables in four seasons and rational irrigation of water resources were briefly discussed.
