Abstract: At present，China′s e-commerce platform development is developing rapidly.And some supporting peripheral enterprises also ushered in the development opportunity.It realized an advantage development mechanism of the industry promoted each other.Rural e-commerce platform in the stage of active development and construction in China was studied.Together with logistics enterprises，it formed a comprehensive platform for rural e-commerce logistics enterprises.Basic structure construction process of logistics service capability system of the platform was analyzed，and an empirical analysis was made.
