Abstract: Atmospheric environment is an important factor affecting development of ecological agriculture.Eco-agriculture atmospheric environment in Yunnan province was detected by analyzing contents and standards of atmospheric environment detection，based on detection results，corresponding measures were proposed，which could be of great significance to development of ecological agriculture in Yunnan province.
