Abstract: Combined with actual situation of Heshang town，Changle district，Fuzhou city，Fujian province，problems existing in development and expansion of rural collective economy in Heshang town were analyzed，then corresponding countermeasures were discussed，aiming to provide a reference for related research on development and expansion of rural collective economy.
