Abstract: With development of economy，China has begun to build a new type of urbanization to solve problem of rural labor force.The most important carrier of realizing new urbanization is land.Therefore，in process of building new urbanization，rural land circulation is an inevitable process.However，there are still some problems in process of rural land circulation，which affect development of rural land circulation and new urbanization.In order to solve problems of rural land circulation，firstly，the importance of rural land circulation to new urbanization was analyzed，and then problems existing in rural land circulation were pointed out，finally，some targeted solutions measures to solve problems were put forward，aiming to help construction of new urbanization.
