Abstract:
For traditional tractor mechanical three-point suspension functional limitations,using intelligent control technology,electro-hydraulic system information integration was implemented,especially for load sensing hydraulic system and controller developed new technology solutions,through modeling and simulation,design method based on CAN communication was put forward.Control panel,controller,sensor,hydraulic system and suspension mechanism were developed.Experiment proved that tractor suspension system was optimized and lifted,which was especially suitable for tractor compound farmland operation.
