Electro-hydraulic Suspension System and Control Technology of Tractor

  • 摘要: 针对传统拖拉机机械式三点悬挂的功能局限性问题,采用智能控制技术,实现了电液系统的信息集成,特别是对于负载传感液压系统及控制器研制了新的技术方案,通过建模与仿真,提出了基于CAN通讯的设计方法,研制了控制面板、控制器、传感器、液压系统和悬挂机构,经试验验证,实现了拖拉机悬挂系统优化提升,特别适合拖拉机的复合农田作业。

     

    Abstract: For traditional tractor mechanical three-point suspension functional limitations,using intelligent control technology,electro-hydraulic system information integration was implemented,especially for load sensing hydraulic system and controller developed new technology solutions,through modeling and simulation,design method based on CAN communication was put forward.Control panel,controller,sensor,hydraulic system and suspension mechanism were developed.Experiment proved that tractor suspension system was optimized and lifted,which was especially suitable for tractor compound farmland operation.
