Abstract: The performance and key technology of intelligent electric dryer were explained.Experimental analysis and benefit comparison showed that the dual-purpose，wireless monitoring and wide application of intelligent electric dryer have good economic，social and environmental benefits，the popularization and application of equipment would effectively promote work of cutting down，reducing cost，raising quality，increasing efficiency，and saving energy in drying agricultural products.
