超临界法制备生物柴油高压反应釜数值传热分析

摘要: 数值模拟方法作为一种设计手段表现在它的通用性,掌握本领域常用的分析方法可以进行仿真分析,处理一类问题。在超临界法制备生物柴油的过程中,超临界流体对温度和压力的变化很敏感。高压反应釜受热不均会直接导致局部液体迅速气化甚至发生分解反应,影响生物柴油的产率。本文用有限元软件ANSYS对高压釜的不同反应情况进行了数值模拟,分析了高压釜与流体间的传热规律,为日后反应釜放大设计提供仿真分析技术支持。Abstract: Numerical simulation methods are necessary CAD/CAE tools in moden engineering design. Simulation of existing products can validate the correctness of simulation methods, or found the defect of products. Simulation of existing products before alteration and scale up design could master the information in order to optimize the performance, lower the cost of design and manufacturing. In this paper, ANSYS was employed to analysis the static heat transfer of the wall of autoclave. In this way, we could master the rule of distribution of temperature. Furthermore, transient conduction of heat transfer between the fluid and the wall were simulated, It showed that the heat current layer of the methanol was very thin because of smallness of specific heat. It also showed the difference between water bath and electric heating by simulation of convection. All the work of simulation were aimed at offer basis theories and technology support of developing middle test set.
