基于Solidworks的各型马铃薯挖掘铲应力研究

摘要: 针对传统马铃薯收获机挖掘铲试验研究花费大、周期长的问题,采用Solidworks三维设计软件的有限元分析功能,通过对工作过程进行理想化假设后,根据其安装位置和材料建立铲片有限元模型,载荷为土壤加载到铲面的力,分别计算各种型式挖掘铲的应力分布状况,通过计算结果对比,得出适合于目前马铃薯收获机挖掘铲较好的结构型式,为今后挖掘铲的设计提供理论依据。Abstract: Accord to the problems of large cost and long period during potato harvesting experiments; it adopts Solidworks finite-element analysis function and supposes an ideal model. It set up finite-element model based on installing position, loading is soil. It calculated stress distribution respectively and compared these results. It can get the best structure design and provided theory basis for digger design in future.
