抛雪离心风机内流场数值模拟及其结构参数优化

摘要: 抛雪离心风机工作时,其内部流动是三维非稳态不可压缩的气固两相流动。按整车参数和清雪要求设计了1套抛雪离心风机,并采用CFD方法对其内部流场进行了数值模拟,初步揭示了其内部流场的速度和压力分布。在详细分析速度场和压力场的基础上,对抛雪离心风机的结构参数进行了优化,得到了4叶片、后倾10°的抛雪效率高的抛雪离心风机结构。Abstract: When a centrifugal fan of snow remover works,there is a three-dimensional,unsteady and incompressible gas-solid two-phase flow in the fan.Based on vehicle parameters and snow removing requirements,a centrifugal fan of snow remover was designed and its internal flow field was simlated by CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics),which preliminarily reveals its velocity and pressure distributions.Then the optimization analysis was carried out on its structure and a centrifugal fan with high efficiency was four pieces of blades and 10° backward.
