猪脱色血浆蛋白粉制备工艺参数研究

Research on the Technical Parameters for Preparation of Decoloration Porcine Plasma Protein Powder

摘要: 采用酶解及活性炭吸附的方法制备脱色血浆蛋白粉。比较在不同酶解、脱色条件下的脱色效果，以确定最适酶及最佳脱色工艺条件。结果表明，最适酶为动物蛋白水解酶，猪血浆酶解液活性炭脱色的最佳工艺条件为脱色时间30min、脱色温度50℃、活性炭（粉末状）添加量2.0%。

Abstract: Decoloring porcine plasma protein powder was prepared by a method of enzymolysis and decoloration technology of active carbon.The decoloration effects under different enzyme and decoloration conditions were compared to confirm the optimum technology conditions of decoloration.The results showed that the optimum enzyme was animal proteolytic enzymes and the optimum technology conditions of decolorizing porcine plasma enzymolysis liquid by using active carbon were as follows：the decoloration time 30min，the decoloration temperature 50℃，the dosage of powdered active carbon 2.0%.
