Abstract: In order to improve nitrogen utilization efficiency in soil，this paper summarized soil nitrificationdenitrification mechanism and its influencing factors，and ways of reducing nitrogen losses were concluded，which laid some foundation for further research on soil nitrificationdenitrification of different soil bulks and regulation of water and fertilizer under fertigation with urea.
