Abstract: Pushing synchronous agricultural modernization in further development of industrialization and urbanization，that is a major task of great strategic in the twelfth fiveyearperiod.It is the major deployment of scientific understanding of modern development law，building a new relationship between urbanrural workers and peasants，implementation of the urbanrural integration.It is China′s major economic and social development strategy，important initiatives to solve the“three rural”issues.It has great practical significance and farreaching historical influence to promote the scientific development of“three rural”work.This paper analyzes the problems in urbanization，and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
