Abstract: Research and application status of agricultural instruments were overviewed，functions of hyperspectral remote sensing and spectral detector for monitoring plant eco-physiology during the growing stage were analyzed.Rapid development of common analytical instruments such as spectrum，chromatography and mass spectrometry had brought great convenience to security detection and quality analysis of farm produce.R & D of instruments（made in China）should be strengthened.And industry development of plant protection instruments，life science instruments，forest measurement instruments，and so on should be promoted.
