微波助[Amim]Cl离子液体中玉米秸秆稀酸水解糖化

摘要: 在[Amim]Cl离子液体介质中,以稀硫酸作为催化剂,采用微波辐射加热进行玉米秸秆水解糖化的试验,研究了离子液体的体积、硫酸的质量分数和微波参数(时间、功率、温度)等因素对水解糖化效果的影响。结果表明,离子液体中微波辐射加热的条件下,随着离子液体用量、硫酸的质量分数和微波参数的变化,还原糖收率都有增加的趋势。水解糖化的较优条件为微波辐射温度90 ℃、微波辐射功率600 W、微波辐射时间60 min、硫酸质量分数为10.0%,还原糖收率达21.87%,较常规加热条件下的16.72%高。该研究旨在为利用废弃的玉米秸秆探寻一条新途径。Abstract: Effects of ionic liquid volume,sulfuric acid concentration,microwave irradiation time,microwave irradiation temperature and microwave irradiation power on dilute acid hydrolyzed saccharification of corn straw in ionic liquid medium of 1-allyl-3-methyl-iminazole chlorate ([Amim]Cl) by microwave irradiation were investigated.Results indicated that yield ratio of reducing sugar obviously increased with changes of ionic liquid volume,sulfuric acid amount and microwave parameters assisted by microwave irradiation heating.The best condition of acid hydrolysis was as follows:microwave irradiation temperature was 90 ℃,microwave irradiation time was 60 min,microwave irradiation power was 600 W and sulfuric acid amount was 10.0%,and yield ratio of reducing sugar could reach 21.87% obviously higher than 16.72% of traditional dilute acid hydrolysis method.
