摘要: 该文主要阐述了在现代化的教学中,通过信息技术与传统教学模式相结合的方式,以优化教学质量和效果,使信息技术在食品专业教学中的应用能得到普及和推广,以适应新形式下的教学要求,实现信息技术课程化。Abstract: This paper elaborates how to optimize the teaching quality and effect through the combination of information technology and traditional teaching in the modern teaching,and gets information technology to popularize and promote in the teaching of food specialty,to adapt current teaching requirements,and information technology apply to food curriculum.
