双联叉结构传动轴的改进试验分析

摘要: 该文介绍了一种超短的无长度补偿的双联叉结构传动轴,包括传动轴本体,以及在传动轴本体的两端按同一基准一次加工完成的节叉耳孔。2个节叉耳孔为一体式结构,减少了改制零件、挤压、焊接等几道工序,一次装夹完成两端耳孔的加工,定位准确,避免了各工序的加工误差,提高了零件的加工质量。Abstract: A short and no length compensation of transmission shaft with duplex fork structure were introduced, including of transmission shaft body and joint fork ears on both shaft body ends with same reference at once. Two joint fork ears were one integrated structure. Several processes (like restructuring parts, extrusion, weldment, etc.) were reduced and clamping process of two ears could finished at one step. For improving positioning accuracy and avoiding machining error, quality of parts processing are improved.
