Abstract: Transgenic papaya is China′s first approved for commercial production of direct consumption of genetically modified crops.In this article，farmers turn genes papaya technology using the impact factors carried the basis of econometric analysis，put forward the policy recommendations as soon as possible，improve the transfer genes and other bio-technology information services.
