Abstract: With flourishing of water conservancy modernization，water conservancy constructions in rural areas are being regarded increasingly.Relationship between agricultural modernization and water conservancy modernization was discussed.Evaluation indicators and methods，content and tasks of rural water conservancy were introduced.And problems in rural water conservancy modernization development were revealed，countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.It provides a reference for contemporary rural water conservancy modernization.
