Abstract: Highway information transmission technology is increasingly becoming an important means in the daily operation of highway management.Through the communication system as a carrier，specific transmission is used for highway tolling systems or collection，uploading and publishing of highway road condition information.Compared with serial interface communication mode，dominance of ethernet transmission mode is introduced，based on analysis and comparation of highway information transmission technology in application network monitor system.
