Abstract: Because wind power generation system or solar energy generating system has its limitation，so windPV hybrid generating system was studied，that combined advantages of wind power and solar power.Natural resources of wind and solar were analyzed in agricultural and pastoral areas of Xinlin Gol League，Inner Mongolia，and stirved to achieve system optimization and its promotion and application.
