摘要: 膜分离技术是近年来在食品工业中广泛应用的一项新技术,具有在常温下进行、无相态变化、无化学变化、选择性好和适应性强等优点。该文主要介绍了膜分离技术在水产品调味料的生产,藻类醇、多糖等物质的提取纯化,蛋白质酶解物的分离纯化等方面的应用和研究。Abstract: Membrane separation technology is a new technology which widely used in food industry in recent years.It has many advantages such as at normal temperature,no phase change,for no chemical change,selective,strong adaptability,etc.This paper mainly introduces the application of the membrane separation technology in aquatic products seasoning production,the extraction and purification of algae alcohol and polysaccharide substances,protein smallsize separation and purification.
