    Abstract: Edible packaging technology,modified atmosphere packaging technology,biodegradable material packaging technology,nano packaging technology and food preservation & packaging technology which have been studied widely in food field in recent years were introduced.These new technology helps to environmental protection and improve people′s quality of life.
