摘要: 利用Perkinelmer公司的D-Swafer中心切割技术实现了啤酒中亚硝胺类化合物NDMA和NDEA的分析。此方法不需样品净化处理,而是利用中心切割技术排除基质对目标化合物的干扰,并且利用D-Swafer的反吹功能实现分析时间的大幅缩短。该方法测定啤酒中亚硝胺线性良好,定量限为0.05 ppb,相对标准偏差<3%。Abstract: Nitrosodimethylamine(NDMA)and nitrosodiethylamine(NDEA)have been analyzed by the heart-cut technology of D-Swafer and SQ8 GCMS.The D-Swafer heart-cut technology can reduce the matrix effects by cutting the NDMA and NDEA from the first pre-column into the second analytical column,and this method do not need the complex sample clean-up stage.The back-flush function of D-Swafer can also reduce the analysis time.The linearity of this method is good,the RSD<3% and the LOD is 0.05ppb.
