扩张腔式内燃机消声器空气动力性模拟分析

Simulative Analysis of Air Dynamic to Expansion Chamber Muffler for Inner Combustion Engine

  • 摘要: 为了研究消声器不同结构对空气动力特性的影响,采用流体力学分析软件FLUENT对汽车消声器内部气流状态进行了模拟与数值计算,分析了扩张比及入口流速对消声器内气体压力损失的影响,得到流速-压力损失关系曲线图。数值模拟分析表明,内插管插入深度及其相对位置对消声器压力损失有很大影响,证实了流场数值分析的有效性。研究对改进消声器的空气动力性有一定的指导作用。

     

    Abstract: For studying the different structures of muffler on the aerodynamics effects,the fluid mechanics analysis software FLUENT was used to simulate the states of automobile muffler inner flow and do the numerical simulation.Effects of expansion ratio and inlet velocity on loss of gas pressure in the muffler were analyzed,and flow rate-pressure loss curve in figure had been get.Numerical simulation showed that depth and its relative position of insert-pipe had a great influence on the muffler pressure loss.Numerical analysis of flow field had been confirmed validity.The study played a guiding role in improving the muffler′aerodynamic characteristics.
