Abstract: Agriculture and Industrialization，founder of development economics of Dr. Zhang Peigang doctoral thesis in 1945，is epitome of modern theory of agricultural mechanization. Because of social and historical reasons，agricultural mechanization theory treasure-house has not been taken seriously development，and applied to the practice of agricultural mechanization. That left many detours. With a generation of economics master′s death，digging out and developing this theory treasure-house，training new agricultural mechanization talents used it，and guiding the Chinese agricultural mechanization practice could make great achievements.
