Abstract: New rural e-government is an effective measure and key component for solving the‘last kilometer’problem of rural informatization in our country.And it is conducive to realize resource integration，project management and information communication of new rural informatization service.Importance and barrier of new rural e-government were analyzed.Content and mode of Village-level e-government construction were summaried.It provides a meaningful reference for new rural e-government constructers.
