Abstract: Accurate technology data were provided for design of preheating furnace with the calculation of heating power of painting line of ductile iron pipe.Optimum design could reduce cost of preheating furnace and improve productivity.Operating practice proved that this method could fulfill the requirement of design and manufacturing of similar instruments.
