Abstract: By stating the theories of agricultural mechanical cooperative and social service function， this paper analyses the multiple investment system，the running system of Four-integrating and One-separating and scientific management system of the agricultural mechanical cooperatives in Darhan Moominggan Banner.At the same time，the paper points out their problems such as unreasonable structure of agricultural mechanical equipments，systematic restrictions of agricultural mechanical cooperative development，imperfect cooperative system，unstandardized management and so on. In order to develop agricultural mechanical cooperatives，we should improve the education and training of staff，promote inner management system and management effect，and enlarge business scale.
