农机合作社运行原则及其经营机制——以内蒙古达茂旗金创农机合作社为例

  • 摘要: 该文在系统地阐述农机合作化理论和社会化服务功能的基础上,着重分析了内蒙古达茂旗农机合作社的多元化投资机制、“四统一分”的经营机制和科学的管理机制。该合作社也存在着农业机械装备结构不合理、现行经营的体制制约农机合作发展、合作社制度不健全和管理不规范等问题。提出了农机合作社发展要提高社员教育与培训、改善内部管理机制、扩大经营规模和经营效益等方面的建议。

     

    Abstract: By stating the theories of agricultural mechanical cooperative and social service function, this paper analyses the multiple investment system,the running system of Four-integrating and One-separating and scientific management system of the agricultural mechanical cooperatives in Darhan Moominggan Banner.At the same time,the paper points out their problems such as unreasonable structure of agricultural mechanical equipments,systematic restrictions of agricultural mechanical cooperative development,imperfect cooperative system,unstandardized management and so on. In order to develop agricultural mechanical cooperatives,we should improve the education and training of staff,promote inner management system and management effect,and enlarge business scale.
