基于PC+运动控制卡的开放式控制系统设计

Design of Open Control System Based on PC+ Motion Controller

  • 摘要: 设计了一种基于固高GTS运动控制卡的二维平台控制系统,阐述了系统硬件部分构成和软件开发。该系统以运动控制卡为核心,采用“PC+运动控制卡”结构,在VB6.0环境下开发人机交互软件,通过调用运动函数库中的函数,动态改变脉冲频率,控制电机的转速和转向,并采用光栅尺作为直线位移传感器,实现工作平台的精确控制。这种设计既提高了实时性和快速性,又方便使用。

     

    Abstract: A two-dimensional platform control system was designed based on Googoltech GTS motion controller,software development and hardware constitution was described. In this system,motion controller acted core,and PC+MCC mode was adopted. Interactive software was programmed under the environment of VB6.0. Pulse frequency was dynamically changed,and rotating speed and veer were controlled by calling function from movement function library.Platform could be precisely controlled by utilizing grating ruler as linear displacement sensor.This system was not only enhanced real time property and speed,but also easy-to-use.
