移动式树枝粉碎机设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Movable Branch Grinder

  • 摘要: 针对林木业废弃物较分散、集中处理破碎不便的问题,设计了一种移动式树枝粉碎机,该设备具有自适应强制液压喂入装置,采用鼓式切碎方式,并能根据切碎滚筒的负荷大小,自动调整喂入量,最大树枝切碎直径可达250 mm。经试验验证,破碎的木片长度合格率为90.82%,平均生产率为3.31t/h。

     

    Abstract: A mobile branch grinder was designed to deal with distributed forestry waste.Equipment with adaptive hydraulic forced feeding mechanism,taking the drum cutting form,could adjust feeding quantity automatically as load of roller shredding mechanism.The largest shredding diameter was 250 mm.Results indicated that qualification rate of the crushing wood chip length was 90.82%,and average productivity was 3.31 t/h.
