Abstract: Cultivation techniques of virus-free seedling of colour-potato in greenhousescreenhouse were introduced，including of greenhousescreenhouse disinfection，matrix preparation，transplant of virus-free seedling，management，harvest and storage，etc.It provides some references for large-scale production.
