Abstract: According to build a well-off society goal request by 2020，present situation of rural environmental pollution were expounded actual economic situation.Agricultural pollution hazards were analyzed.And ideas and countermeasures for improving rural ecological environment and constructing civilized well-off society were proposed.It provides some references for department of environmental protection，government at all levels，and agricultural workers.
