Abstract: With the improvement of people′s living standard，food quality was paid much attention.Classification such as rice，tea，grains and fruits was demanded.Development status of technology and equipment of electronic color sorting were summarized in the world.And application situation of several kinds of color sorters were introduced.Color sorting technology and equipment of featured agricultural products of Tianjin were proposed.
