摘要: 随着履带拖拉机的更新换代,大功率已成为一种发展趋势,新型的传动系变速箱壳体及后桥壳体大量采用长滑杆孔结构,中间传动轴也采用深孔设计,多品种小批量的现状已经使采用专用设备刀具加工不现实。在现有大量采用加工中心设备加工的前提下,通过履带拖拉机变速箱壳体深孔加工典型范例对比,介绍了壳体深孔加工的常用加工工艺,尤其是内孔加工工艺。Abstract: With the upgrading of crawler tractor,power has become a trend,the transmission gearbox shell model and the rear axle housing of the long slide structure hole,the intermediate shaft with deep design,present situation of many varieties of small batch has made by special equipment tool processing is not reality.In the premise of a machining center using the existing equipment,through the crawler tractor gearbox shell deep-hole machining examples contrast,the process design of shell deep hole processing was introduced,especially in the inner hole machining process.
