美国康奈尔大学跨学科研究生培养模式
Training Mode of Interdisciplinary Graduate about Cornell University in the United States

摘要: 农业工程学科研究生教育担负着为国家培养高素质、高层次和创造型人才的重任。如何加强和提高我国农业生物环境与能源工程学科研究生的培养工作,提高研究生的培养质量,是当前我国跨学科研究生教育改革与发展面临的现实问题。以美国康奈尔大学(Cornell University)为例,从跨学科研究生培养目标、培养模式、课程设置、学科交叉和国际化等方面进行了调查分析。研究结果对于学习国外先进的研究生培养模式和管理理念,提高我国研究生培养质量具有一定的借鉴价值。Abstract: An important mission is undertaken by agricultural engineering graduate education to cultivate high quality,high level of responsibility and creative talents for the country.How to strengthen and improve our graduate training skill for enhancing quality of cultivation on the subject of agricultural biological environment and energy engineering is a currently realistic challenge faced by the development and innovation of interdisciplinary graduate education in China.Taking Cornell University in the United States as an example,an analysis on graduate training goal,training mode,courses offered,interdisciplinary and internationalization is conducted in this paper.The conclusion of research is useful for us to learn from foreign training mode of graduate and advanced concept of management.It has a certain referential value on improving the cultivating quality of graduate in our country.
